Meet the Founder
Desmond "Dez" Williams, is the President of Restaurant Legends Co. Dez is a University of South Florida Graduate from the MUMA College of Business. Formerly at Arcadis Engineering-US Inc, Altria Group Inc, and the U.S. Coast Guard. Dez has spent his career developing, launching, and scaling food products into retail environments—bridging kitchens, processors, and grocers to help restaurant brands move faster, reduce risk, and reach the shelf with confidence.
